    Fatty15 gave me tremendously negative side effects: dizziness, disorientation, numbness in hands and feet. C15:0 is actually higher in people with MS. I don't think it's great for everyone.

    Let’s not forget that genes play a bog role here. For example, if we follow Ronnie Coleman’s workout routine along with duet and hormone enhancing drugs we most definitely not look like him. Some not even close to a pre Mr Olympia Ronnie.

    Neither, hot baths. Water transfers heat better than air. Never will you be challenged with cold but you will be challenged with heat. In a fight, you had better be heat adapted.

    As you are only 30 and have a lot of muscle it's great, but you are actually stressing your body a lot by building muscles, and that accelerates aging. Bluezone people do not use gyms and run 10k/5k. They eat a lot of animal based food (the plant based bs has been debunked many times) and do not stress their body and mind. And this is a no brainer, don't have to be a scientist why this works. Not stuffing their body with gut with indegestible fibres and don't over-eat, while not stressing their body.

    What’s funny is it’s all about genetics and about how much damage you did to your body. We can’t compare these two guys because of those two things. One. My father and I have the Fox03 gene that repairs dna with better precision. Now because of this we both look young and my grandmother who gave us the gene is still alive and never exercised or ate good in her life and is 88 this year. Two. Brian Johnson said his body was in bad shape do to the past. He lived a life of an office worker who never exercised. So they both lived different lifestyles so we can’t compare them after Brian J has only done 2 years of his protocol. This is just a campaign to smear BJ’s protocol because lord forbids a vegan does better then a meat eater. Too funny

    Just for the record, experimenting with telomerase activators make a lot of sense. Telomere shortening is the main reason why we age and our DNA gets damaged

      Stress had caused mine to get pretty darn short, which is why I've been more than happy to invest in some fairly expensive things to re-lengthen them. And since I've been taking them, my testing has shown beneficial progress, so I have no complaints! 🙂

    Being on thyroid hormones makes it ALL meaningless, Bryan Johnson is also on them, it's bs, totally invalidates all the other variables. Unless your thyroid has been removed you can overcome the cause of slow thyroid, your thyroid doesn't 'stop working' suddenly especially for men. No one should be examining anyone on thyroid hormone, it's ridiculous. It is a mitochondrial stimulant.

    Taking this many supplements makes me wonder if each of them have been empirically tested. How would one know if all of them actually have a benefit? To me it seems like a ”everything including the kitchen sink” approach. Assuming youd need 2-3 weeks to evaluate each supplement it would take many years to work up to these amounts. And also the point about how many of them do the same thing and that some are countering each others support my scepticism. It reminds me of a childrens program where they mixed sausage and ice cream because since each of them taste good, combining them itll taste great! Also the omission of some things is a bit strange. Like why take all those unproven mithochondrial supportive pills with instead of methylene blue that have very solid research as being helpful to mithochondrial health? Some of these supplement and food choices seem like ”populism nerdiness” than actually based in proper empirical thinking.
